In the year 2000, the group purchased complete manufacturing facilities of British India Steel Ltd., which was having Collaboration with " Powderex" (UK). located at Mehsana, Gujarat. At present British Super Alloys Ltd. is the only plant in production in the country which has Powder Metallurgical process for making HSS tool preforms & other shapes.We have inhouse facilities for melting, casting, forging, rolling, heat treatment and bright bar.Therefore we can serve better with respect to quality and delivery.

About BSAL
HSS produced through powder metallurgy (P/M) process has been available for several years. This steel has excellent characteristics, often offering considerable advantage over conventional wrought steel. BSAL through its powder making, pressing and sintering expertise bring together these two technologies to make commercially available HSS preforms and a logical way of optimizing the use of raw materials, reducing manufacturing cost and producing end product with a uniform grain structure and excellent performance characteristics.
